[Hiring] Sales Associate @Extenteam Client Roles

Role Description

We are looking for a Sales Associate for a Property management client of ours.

• Taking calls from potential AIR Communities customers or future residents
• Outbound customer support for the client
• Provide community and lease information as requested
• Work with communities and future residents to schedule on-site appointments with leasing consultants
• Initiate and follow-up on prospect inquiries
• Answer phone calls and provide world-class customer service to customers (prospects, vendors, residents, previous residents)
• Assist with multi-channel skills: Reputation Management, Emotional Support, and Service Animal Requests, etc.
• Return or direct voicemails to the appropriate teams
• Support with a variety of projects
• Collaborate with site teams to ensure follow-up with customers by sending e-mails or reaching out via WebEx IM

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service or administrative experience (retail, hospitality, etc.)
• Enjoy helping customers in a fast-paced environment
• Superior attention to detail
• Ability to quickly learn and utilize multiple software applications and data entry systems
• Dependable and proven ability to work independently
• Advanced written and oral communication skills
• Intermediate to advanced skillset with Microsoft Office Suite
• Property management experience a plus

Requirements

• Internet speed minimum 30mbps: Needs to be Wired (Buy a dongle if no LAN port)
• i5 11th Gen or higher
• Windows 11 / MacOS Catalina or higher
• Minimum of 8 GB RAM
• Private and quiet dedicated home office area (no roosters, dogs, children's noises in the background)
• Back-ups in case of power or internet provider interruptions
• Good headset and webcam (preferably noise-canceling headset)
