Role Description

We are seeking a Room Sales Agent (remote) to join our team. As a key member of the Eau Resort & Spa team, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, upholding the standards of our Forbes Five-Star resort.

• Responsible for effective coordination of booking room reservations.
• Ensure quality and service standards are always upheld.
• Assist Travel Agents when assistance is needed.
• Maximize the hotel's revenue through personal and team goals.
• Support and understand all departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Exemplify the philosophy and mission of Eau Resort & Spa.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience; hotel luxury environment preferred.
• Effective communication, organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Previous sales experience is required.
• Previous experience with Opera Software is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedules that often include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working on a team and in a goal-oriented environment.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management, staff, and co-workers.
• High aptitude for computer programs.
• Professional and cooperative demeanor.
• Positive and energetic attitude.
• Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.
• Knowledge and execution of effective office organizational practices.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Implementing and adhering to Forbes Standards.

• Always be an ambassador to Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa, in and outside of the workplace.

• Ability to speak coherently, primarily over the phone, while describing the details of the hotel and providing accurate reservation and hotel information.
