Role Description

We are seeking a versatile, proactive Bilingual Virtual Assistant based in Latin America to join our client’s team. In this dual-function role, you will play a vital part in supporting store operations and driving team growth. You will be responsible for:

• Handling customer inquiries and providing reliable phone coverage when the primary Virtual Assistant is unavailable.
• Leading initial candidate screening for open positions.
• Conducting standardized phone interviews, recording candidate responses, and scheduling qualified applicants for secondary interviews with the Regional Manager.
• Adapting and taking on additional administrative or operational tasks as business needs evolve.

Qualifications

• Based in Latin America (LATAM) for timezone alignment and language capabilities.
• Advanced/Fluent English (spoken and written); Spanish bilingual proficiency preferred.
• Previous recruitment or candidate screening experience is a strong advantage.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional telephone manner.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative in a fast-paced retail environment.

Requirements

• C1 English level is required; the selected candidate will be speaking strictly in English during their whole shift.

Benefits

• Part-Time (~20 hours/week to start), with the potential to grow into Full-Time.
• Salary: $8 per hour.
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday within 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Pacific Time).
• Coverage may be required earlier or later in the day.
