Role Description

At U.S. Legal Support, our success starts with coordination—and that’s where you come in. As a Resource Assignment Analyst (RAA), you’ll play a key role in coordinating and assigning court reporters for client-requested proceedings across the country. This is a fast-paced, detail-driven role that blends scheduling, administrative support, and client communication.

• This role requires current or prior experience as a Resource Assignment Analyst (RAA).
• You’ll work closely with internal teams, external partners, and clients to ensure every assignment runs smoothly and efficiently.

Location: WFH – Must Live in Florida (Ft. Myers, Tampa, or Orlando)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of organization with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
