[Hiring] Resolution Specialist @Mplus Serbia

Role Description

In this dynamic role, you will be at the forefront of customer support, where your ability to guide and solve technical issues with ease will make a real impact. Your main duties will include:

• Providing direct/remote resolution support through assessing root cause of problems and informing customers on steps to resolve problems
• Coordinating engineer work assignments based on volume and availability
• Providing service to critical customer accounts or enhanced/premium service accounts
• Daily monitoring of work queue during assigned hours or shift
• Continuous feedback on process improvements to increase remote resolve impact via increased efficiency and more targeted screening practices
• Addressing questions asked by customers and proactively seeking information and/or escalating when needed to ensure accurate and timely customer response

Qualifications

• A high school diploma (and if you have a technical degree or IT knowledge, even better!)
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written
• Solid working knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Excel / Outlook
• A problem-solving mindset with an eye for detail
• Strong ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service with a team-oriented spirit

• Daily shifts: 7 am - 3 pm; 11 am - 7 pm, weekends included
