[Hiring] Reservations Agent @Stein Eriksen Lodge at Deer Valley

Role Description

You will be taking incoming leisure, group and spa reservation calls for all properties. Incentive opportunities available.

• Phone and computer experience preferred.
• Must be dependable and flexible with work schedule, including weekends and holiday availability.
• Shifts vary between 8AM to 6PM.
• Microsoft Suite, Outlook, and internet experience necessary.
• Familiarity with Maestro and/or PMS systems helpful.

Please Note:

• Must live within 2 hours of Resort.
• If hired for remote position, you will need to be able to train on-site at Stein Eriksen Lodge for four weeks.
• Additional onsite training as needed.
• Mandatory onsite training required once per quarter.
• High Speed Wired Internet and home office free of background noise and distractions.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling reservation calls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Outlook.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• Dependability and flexibility with work schedule.
• Living within 2 hours of the Resort.
• Ability to train on-site for four weeks.
• Mandatory quarterly onsite training.
