Role Description

As a Remote Insurance Representative , you'll meet with clients virtually to understand their needs, explain available benefit options, assist with enrollment, and provide ongoing service.

Client Service & Benefits Education

• Conduct scheduled virtual appointments through Zoom and phone
• Learn about each client's individual and family protection needs
• Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
• Answer questions regarding benefits, coverage, and policy features
• Provide needs-based recommendations in a clear, professional manner
• Assist clients with applications and enrollment
• Help complete required documentation
• Provide ongoing support after enrollment

Client Relationship Management

• Build long-term relationships through trust and exceptional service
• Maintain consistent and professional follow-up communication
• Assist with policy reviews and service requests
• Help clients understand policy information and available options
• Maintain organized and accurate digital records
• Deliver a positive client experience from the initial appointment through ongoing service

Professional Development

• Participate in structured virtual onboarding and training
• Attend weekly coaching and development sessions
• Strengthen communication, presentation, and client service skills
• Develop product and industry knowledge

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Be physically located within the United States
• Have access to a computer or laptop

• Be comfortable conducting virtual client appointments
• Be willing to complete required training
• Hold or be willing and able to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License
