Role Description

As a Remote Relationship Specialist, you'll:

• Conduct virtual consultations using Zoom and other communication tools
• Educate clients on available benefit options and guide them through the enrollment process
• Provide responsive, professional service while addressing questions and concerns
• Maintain organized schedules and accurate digital records
• Collaborate with a supportive remote team while managing responsibilities independently
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
