Role Description

We are seeking a reliable and professional Remote Operator based in Peru to join our team. This role focuses on providing high-quality support to patients and assisting with day-to-day office coordination for a U.S.-based practice. The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking on the phone in English, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while following New York business hours.

• Answer incoming phone calls from patients in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist patients with scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments.
• Provide general information to patients regarding services.
• Place outgoing calls to remind patients of upcoming appointments.
• Contact insurance companies to verify coverage and benefits for medical equipment.
• Record and update patient information accurately in internal systems.
• Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills in English.
• Previous experience in customer service, medical office support, or a call center (preferred but not required).
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free work environment.
• Ability to multitask and handle patient interactions with empathy and professionalism.
• Basic computer skills (email, scheduling systems, data entry).

Benefits

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, Monday to Thursday 8am to 7pm, Friday 8am to 5pm
