Role Description

Are you a people-focused professional who enjoys helping others, answering questions, solving problems, and building meaningful relationships? AO is expanding our nationwide virtual team and seeking motivated, service-oriented professionals to join us as Remote Member Success Advisors.

In this role, you'll connect virtually with individuals and families who have requested information regarding available benefits, help them understand their options, guide them through enrollment, and provide ongoing member support. This opportunity combines:

• Customer service
• Member relations

• Consultative insurance sales
• Long-term relationship management

Whether you're starting your career, changing industries, or bringing experience from customer service, healthcare, retail, hospitality, administration, education, financial services, or sales, we provide the training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development needed to get started. No prior insurance experience is required.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Be physically located within the United States
• Have access to a reliable computer or laptop

• Be comfortable communicating with members through Zoom and phone
• Be willing to complete required training and professional development
• Be willing and able to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License
