Role Description

As a Remote Client Support Associate, you'll connect with individuals and families who have requested information regarding available benefits. You'll help answer questions, explain available options, guide clients through the enrollment process, and provide ongoing support while building professional, long-term relationships.

• Connect with clients through Zoom and phone appointments
• Educate clients about available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits
• Provide ongoing client support throughout the enrollment process
• Assist existing clients with policy-related questions
• Maintain accurate digital client records

Requirements

• Be willing to participate in required training and professional development
