As a Remote Client Success Representative, you'll work directly with clients who have requested information regarding their benefits and coverage options.

Client Responsibilities

• Meet with clients through Zoom and phone appointments
• Build strong, long-term client relationships
• Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options
• Explain products and services clearly and professionally
• Assist clients with applications, enrollment, and policy updates
• Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up communication
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation

Professional Development
