Role Description

Globe Life AO is seeking motivated, people-focused professionals to join our growing virtual team as Remote Client Success Specialists. In this role, you'll connect with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments, answer questions, explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits, assist with enrollment, and provide ongoing client support.

• Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
• Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options
• Provide professional, personalized customer service
• Help clients understand life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
• Assist new clients through applications and enrollment
• Support existing clients with benefit and policy-related questions
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up documentation
• Provide timely and professional follow-up service

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Be physically located within the United States
• Have access to a computer or laptop
• Maintain reliable high-speed internet
• Have webcam and microphone capability
• Maintain a quiet, professional workspace
• Be comfortable conducting virtual client appointments
• Be willing to complete required training
• Hold or be willing and able to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License
