Role Description

As a Remote Client Success Coordinator, you'll combine customer service, relationship building, benefits education, and client support.

• Connect with prospective and existing clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments.
• Listen to each client's questions, needs, and priorities.
• Provide a friendly, professional virtual experience.
• Build relationships through consistent communication and follow-up.
• Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options.
• Answer questions about benefits and coverage.
• Help clients understand available choices.
• Recommend appropriate solutions based on individual needs.
• Guide eligible clients through applications and enrollment.
• Assist with required documentation.
• Conduct policy reviews.
• Assist with beneficiary updates.
• Respond to policy and coverage questions.
• Provide continued client follow-up.
• Maintain accurate digital records.
• Manage appointments and schedules.
• Follow applicable company procedures and state insurance requirements.

Requirements
