Role Description

As a Remote Client Representative, you'll work directly with clients through virtual appointments, providing education, support, and guidance regarding available benefits and coverage options while building lasting client relationships. No prior insurance experience is required. Comprehensive training and mentorship are provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients through Zoom and phone consultations
• Educate clients on available benefits and coverage options
• Assist with enrollment, policy updates, and ongoing service requests
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
