Role Description

Looking for an entry-level work-from-home opportunity that offers flexibility, professional development, and the ability to build long-term income? Globe Life AO is expanding our virtual team and seeking motivated, people-focused individuals to join us as Remote Client Success Coordinators.

You'll work virtually with individuals and families who have requested information about available benefits, helping them understand their options, answering questions, assisting with enrollment, and providing continued client support. No previous insurance experience is required. We provide training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development.

What You'll Do

• Connect With Clients
  • Meet with prospective and existing clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
  • Connect with individuals who have requested information about available benefits
  • Listen to each client's questions, needs, and priorities
  • Provide a friendly, professional virtual experience
  • Build relationships through consistent communication and follow-up
• Educate & Assist
  • Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
  • Answer questions about benefits and coverage
  • Help clients understand available choices
  • Recommend appropriate solutions based on individual needs
  • Guide eligible clients through applications and enrollment
  • Assist with required documentation
• Provide Ongoing Customer Service
  • Conduct policy reviews
  • Assist with beneficiary updates
  • Respond to policy and coverage questions
  • Provide continued client follow-up
  • Maintain accurate digital records
  • Manage appointments and schedules
  • Follow applicable company procedures and state insurance requirements

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be physically located within the United States
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Have access to a reliable computer or laptop
• Maintain reliable high-speed internet
• Have webcam and microphone capability
• Maintain a quiet, professional workspace
• Be comfortable using Zoom and web-based applications
• Be willing to complete required training
• Be willing and able to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities

Company Description

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.
