[Hiring] Registrations Analyst @Luxion

Role Description

We’re looking for a Registrations Analyst to join our growing team, supporting the smooth onboarding and registration of new customers. This is a fast-paced role where you’ll play a key part in delivering an excellent customer experience, resolving queries, and ensuring registrations are completed accurately and efficiently.

• Manage customer registrations
• Resolve data issues
• Support registrations related queries within agreed SLAs
• Work closely with internal teams, customers, and external suppliers
• Support wider business functions during peak periods
• Help maintain high service standards across the team

Qualifications

• Proactive and organised
• Confident using initiative in a fast-paced environment
• Experience handling high volumes of information or customer queries
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to learn new systems and processes
