Role Description

We are seeking a highly capable Refunds Specialist to manage and process travel refunds efficiently and accurately. This is a freelance or part-time opportunity, ideal for someone who excels in their field, thrives outside a traditional 9–5 structure, and can deliver results independently.

• Process travel refunds for corporate clients in a timely and accurate manner
• Handle complex refund cases, liaising with airlines, suppliers, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Maintain detailed records of refunds and report on trends or issues

• Proven experience handling travel refunds or related financial processes
• Strong understanding of corporate travel operations
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
