Role Description

Qualifications

• Proficiency with practice management software, VoIP systems, digital scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong background in customer-centric roles—preference for experience in boutique, artisan, or high-touch service industries (dental/medical experience is a plus, but not required).
• Exceptional memory, strong multitasking capabilities, and excellent task prioritization skills.
• Highly organized, calm under pressure, and capable of managing confidential patient interactions with full discretion.
• Fast learner with a strong attitude toward acquiring new skills (minimal training required).
