Role Description

The Provider Touch Specialist will be responsible for managing provider relations and service interactions within their assigned team. Acting as a key liaison, this individual will support external providers with:

• Audit inquiries
• Claims reimbursement progress
• Training on portal navigation and service enhancements

The role also involves guiding providers on:

• Claim audit record submissions
• Timelines
• Process adherence

The ideal candidate will be adept at:

• Identifying operational gaps
• Resolving complex claims issues
• Effectively communicating solutions

This role is critical in fostering and maintaining strong relationships between EXL and our valued providers while ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in provider relations or a similar role
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to identify and resolve operational gaps

Requirements

• Salary Range: $65,000 – $80,000 (based on experience, skills, and qualifications)
• Location: 100% Remote (U.S.-based)
• Up to 10% annual travel (for team meetings and limited client onsite engagements)
