Role Description

The Provider Engagement Professional develops and grows positive, long-term relationships with physicians, providers, and healthcare systems. The Provider Engagement Professional work assignments are often straightforward and of moderate complexity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1 - 3 years of Health care or managed care with Provider Contracting, Network Management or Provider Relations experience
• Proven planning, preparation and presenting skills, with established knowledge of reimbursement and bonus methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Requirements

• Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 to 5:00
• Humana considers this role patient facing and runs its Tuberculosis (TB) screening program, which includes this role. If selected for this role, the company will require you to screen for TB.
• Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.
• Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
• Pay Range: $48,900 - $66,200 per year
