Role Description

As a Property Virtual Assistant, you will support a busy UK property team by:

• Managing customer enquiries relating to property viewings and lettings.
• Scheduling and coordinating appointments and diary bookings.
• Taking accurate messages and ensuring timely follow-up.
• Contacting clients to gather feedback following property viewings.
• Maintaining and updating CRM records to ensure accurate sales progression tracking.
• Supporting general administrative functions across the business.
• Delivering excellent customer service via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Working with a variety of digital tools, workflows, and automation systems.
• Assisting with process management and ensuring data accuracy across systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months' UK property sector experience in a similar role.
• Previous Virtual Assistant experience.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with first-language level proficiency.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Previous experience in an administration, customer service, or support role.
• High level of computer literacy and confidence learning new systems.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Professional telephone manner.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable remote working setup.
• Experience with Airtable.
• Experience with Slack.
• Experience with VoIP phone systems.
• Experience with business messaging platforms.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Experience with workflow automation tools.
