[Hiring] Product Support Representative @F6S

Role Description

We are seeking a Product Support Representative to help us handle tickets via Freshdesk and email. You will have multiple scenarios and test cases to solve which will keep you engaged and challenged.

• Resolve tickets from end-users
• Decide responses to user issues based on specifications and templates
• Maximize the First Contact Resolution rate by understanding each problem and resolving it using our tools and processes
• Communicate with end-users in a friendly and effective way to deliver a high-quality and positive experience
• Gain an in-depth understanding of how the F6S site works to provide awesome support to end-users
• Ideal work schedule 9.30 AM - 6.30 PM or 2.30 PM - 10.30 PM IST (with 1 hour break).

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Product/Customer Support in a product-based company
• Experience working with Freshdesk/Zendesk, or other ticketing systems
• Recent experience in a high-volume, low-value user interaction environment
• Experience in website troubleshooting/resolving issues
• Basic understanding of web applications
• The ability to handle a large volume of tickets daily
• Excellent verbal and written English
• Team-player
