[Hiring] Prism Trainer/Help Desk Specialist @Verdantas

Role Description

As a member of the Help Desk Team, you will be the primary interface for the Federal Agency’s end users of the Agency-specific procurement/acquisition system. In this role, you will:

• Quickly grasp and learn the system and interface effectively with the end user community.
• Ensure that 100% of all user generated issues, change/enhancement requests, and usage questions are logged into the ticket tracking system and resolved in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum 3 years experience with the Unison PRISM application.
• Experience with Version 7.4 PRISM is preferred.
• Ability to quickly learn and grasp the functionality of the Agency-specific procurement application system and Ticket System.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve PRISM issues through conversation with the end users.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in providing user training in PRISM is preferred.

Requirements

• Develop training materials, including user manuals, job aids, and training modules, to support the effective use of PRISM.
• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to end-users, both in-person and virtually, covering various PRISM functionalities and modules.
