Role Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a dedicated Polish Speaking Emergency Roadside Assistance Officer to join our dynamic team in Greece. This is an excellent opportunity for Polish speakers to deliver critical roadside support services to customers in need, ensuring safety and prompt resolution of emergencies.

• Provide immediate assistance to Polish-speaking customers facing roadside emergencies through phone and digital communication channels.
• Evaluate each situation carefully and arrange appropriate emergency services such as towing, repairs, or roadside fixes.
• Maintain effective and empathetic communication with clients during urgent and stressful scenarios.
• Record all service requests and actions accurately using CRM systems.
• Collaborate efficiently with internal departments and external providers to facilitate timely support.
• Continuously update knowledge on company protocols, vehicle assistance procedures, and service offerings to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English or Greek is advantageous.
• Prior experience in emergency roadside assistance, customer service, or related roles is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to stay composed under pressure.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and careful attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM software and customer service technology.
• Willingness to work in Greece and adapt to shift-based schedules.
