Qualifications

• Fluently bilingual in English and either Spanish or French
• Availability to work Monday to Sunday from 7:00 am to 12:00 am
• Secure, quiet space with high-speed internet (25 MBPS minimum)
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems and handling several tasks at once
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail-oriented problem-solver
• High school diploma or equivalent

Requirements

• Respond with courtesy and empathy to those requesting roadside assistance
• Negotiate with providers to secure fair and favorable service rates
• Provide timely updates via phone and chat
• Maintain precise records of actions and decisions
• Assess situations and offer the best possible solutions under pressure
• Handle stressful or emergency situations with composure and professionalism
• Manage multiple requests and provider communications efficiently
• Explain solutions clearly and professionally to both customers and providers
• Consistently follow processes and meet performance standards
