Role Description

EXL Premium Audit, a leader in the field, can complete all levels of premium audits on all auditable exposure types. We train our 450+ highly skilled professionals worldwide utilizing our industry-leading training platform and curriculum.

• Complete audits for Property & Casualty insurance policies (Workers’ Compensation and General Liability).
• Work directly with policyholders or their contacts via phone to obtain payroll and accounting records.
• Accurately evaluate and apply correct classifications and exposure amounts.
• Manage assignments provided through our web-based production system.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and customer satisfaction in all audit work.

Qualifications

• Knowledge & experience in conducting audits within Nexus platform (preferred).
• Have Insurance, Accounting/Bookkeeping, Payroll or other related work experience.
• Have an associate or bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Accounting, Finance, Business or Bookkeeping.
• Experience of working directly with the public, preferably on the phones.
• Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Well organized.
• Willing to work from home.
• Great customer service skills and the ability to communicate & comprehend both written and orally.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• High School diploma or GED is required.
