[Hiring] Pharmacy Technician @MChest Pharmacy

Role Description

M Chest Pharmacy in Texas is seeking a TSBP registered Pharmacy Technician to join our team as a Customer Service Technician! The Customer Service Technician handles billing functions and exceptions including:

• Resolving insurance rejections
• Managing high-cost Medicare A Medications
• Collaborating with insurance providers, nursing center staff, and prescriber's office
• Providing support and feedback to pharmacy personnel regarding billing errors
• Contributing to a team environment focused on operational efficiency and excellent customer service

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: 8-hour shift with a rotating Saturday schedule (every other week)

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Pharmacy Technician Certification registered with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy, in "active" status and in Good Standing

Requirements

• Computer skills, including fundamental knowledge of Windows based software programs, including but not limited to word processing and spreadsheet applications specifically MS Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organization skills including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
• Ability to effectively and harmoniously interact with facility, group, division and company management and other employees at all levels; promotes teamwork and demonstrates strong professionalism
• Ability to communicate, perform and comprehend variables within the pharmacy operation
• Ability to provide excellent customer service to all external and internal customers
• Keeps abreast of current state, federal and company policies, procedures and regulations
• Understand, promote and comply with rules and regulations governing residents' rights
