[Hiring] Personal Lines TSR @Mitch Insurance

Role Description

We’re a fast-growing company where every day is going to be different. In this dynamic environment, you’ll provide underwriting support to our Sales and Service Brokers in all aspects of the client journey, helping to ensure a seamless and positive experience.

• Directly support the processing of all new and client paperwork.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate and complete underwriting.
• Continuously search for new ways to improve workflows and the processing of any technical-related portal or system changes.
• Promote an open and collaborative work environment where employees feel valued, empowered, and are encouraged to have fun.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office and email.
• Experience working in a broker management system and insurance portals.
• Motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment managing multiple deadlines.
• Critical thinker with strong problem-solving, project management, and time management skills.
• Top-notch oral and written communication skills.
• Previous administrative experience in the insurance industry.
• Having a RIBO license is a definite asset.
