Role Description

Regency Insurance Group is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted resource for clients by helping them understand their insurance coverage, reviewing policies, managing service requests, and providing exceptional support throughout the customer lifecycle. Our Account Managers focus on building strong relationships, improving retention, and ensuring clients receive the protection they need.

• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with policyholders
• Handle a high volume of inbound client calls while providing exceptional customer service
• Assist clients with policy questions, coverage reviews, renewals, endorsements, and billing inquiries
• Educate clients on insurance products, coverage options, and policy changes
• Identify coverage gaps and recommend solutions that better protect clients
• Support client retention efforts through proactive communication and relationship management
• Review policies and help clients make informed coverage decisions
• Work closely with internal teams and insurance carriers to resolve client concerns
• Ensure all activities comply with carrier guidelines, underwriting requirements, and state regulations
• Maintain accurate documentation and account records within agency management systems
• Stay current on carrier updates, underwriting changes, and market conditions
• Deliver a positive client experience during every interaction

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Previous insurance agency experience preferred
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to manage multiple systems and carrier websites simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Ability to learn new systems, carriers, and processes quickly
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable home office with high-speed internet
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and web-based applications
