Role Description

Envision Radiology is seeking a Personal Injury & Client Services Specialist to join our team!

Remote | Monday - Friday business hours | Position Pay Range $18.84 - $22.70

The Personal Injury & Client Services Specialist generates statements and other invoices. Responsibilities may include:

• Data entry
• Posting payments
• Reconciling billings and invoices
• Checking balances
• Maintaining direct bill files
• Working with direct bill companies to perform billing, review, and verification of accounts in accordance with program provisions

Essential Functions:

• Creates and maintains new direct bill contracts.
• Produces vendor invoices.
• Sends invoices to vendors for payment, posts payments, and researches for past due payments.
• Ensures accuracy of contract rates into billing software systems.
• Produces monthly invoicing of all direct bill contracts.
• Reviews payment posting and credit balances of all accounts.
• Recognizes outstanding balances over 90 days and promptly resolves.
• Identifies and resolves issues from internal and external vendors.
• Communicates issues with the Revenue Cycle Management team.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience working in the medical billing field
• Knowledge of EOBs, contracts, invoices and accounts receivables
• Attention to detail
• Ability to learn new software quickly and efficiently

• Requires a high school education or equivalent
