[Hiring] PCC Associate IV/Scheduler @Piedmont Healthcare

Role Description

Responsible for serving as front-line support for the Patient Connection Center within Piedmont Healthcare. The Patient Connection Associate IV is responsible for scheduling complex and specialized procedures (i.e. Campaigns, Surgeries, IR) and coordinating multiple resources for patient services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 3 (Three) years of related customer facing healthcare experience with at least two years scheduling complex and specialized procedures is required.
• Two (2) years of experience demonstrating proficiency in scheduling and preregistering patients within basic services
