Role Description

Responsible for serving as front-line support for the Patient Connection Center within Piedmont Healthcare. The Patient Connection Associate will:

• Answer incoming calls serving as First Call Resolution in order to address the appropriate course of action.
• Pre-register and schedule patient encounters for provider services.
• Utilize excellent customer service standards.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
• 1 year of related customer-facing experience Required
• Call center, patient scheduling and/or physician front office experience Preferred
