Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Patient Success Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting patients throughout their journey, ensuring they have a seamless and positive experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Serving as the primary point of contact for patients, providing guidance and support for non-billing-related inquiries.
• Assisting patients with test status updates, patient portal login issues, questions about testing services, and coordinating redraws for blood samples.
• Managing inbound calls and live chats to deliver timely and effective assistance.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve patient inquiries and concerns effectively.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient interactions using Salesforce CRM.
• Identifying and escalating potential issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Contributing to process improvement initiatives to enhance the patient experience.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and standard office applications.
• Empathy and a patient-centered approach to service.
• Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, or related fields is a plus.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus.

Requirements

• Remote USA.
• Pay range: $24.46 — $30.58 USD.
