[Hiring] Patient Success Specialist @LifestyleRx

Role Description

This role involves supporting patients in their journey through the LifestyleRx Type 2 Diabetes Reversal and Metabolic Health Programs.

• Introduce and onboard patients into the programs.
• Respond to patient inquiries on a timely basis, ensuring access to the right services and resources.
• Provide dedicated support to new patients during the onboarding process.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with patients.
• Assist in moderating group medical visits, including monitoring group chats and supporting videoconferencing connectivity.
• Support LifestyleRx practitioners with patient inquiries and appointment management.
• Follow up with clinics and labs to resolve communication issues.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Computer proficiency and an ability to learn new programs.
• Prior experience in healthcare and/or a similar role would be an asset but not required.
