Role Description

UW Medicine Montlake Radiology Services has an outstanding opportunity for a Patient Services Specialist 3.

WORK SCHEDULE:

• Full-time Days
• Day Shift/Mondays- Fridays/9:30am- 6:00pm
• 100% remote

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Providing staff, providers, and patients with an efficient system of internal and external communications, including phone answering and call triaging
• Scheduling provider and ancillary service appointments
• Obtaining patient demographic, financial, and clinical information
• Partnering with all members of the clinic team to prioritize patient satisfaction and exceptional care delivery
• Other duties as requested

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent AND
• Two years of healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience OR
• An equivalent combination of education/experience
• Equivalent education and/or experience may substitute for minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements, such as a license, certification, and/or registration

Compensation

• Pay Range Minimum: $21.63 hourly
• Pay Range Maximum: $30.91 hourly
• Shift: First Shift (United States of America)
• Temporary or Regular: This is a regular position
• FTE (Full-Time Equivalent): 100.00%
