Role Description

• Handle inbound phone calls, emails, texts, and scheduling inquiries from marketing leads
• Respond to patients who have engaged with Instagram or Facebook ads
• Coordinate preferred communication method with each patient (phone, email, or text)
• Conduct initial patient intake using Open Dental scheduling software
• Screen patients for suitability of advanced implant procedures
• Assess patient readiness and comfort level with the consultation process
• Demonstrate empathy and active listening throughout conversations
• Conduct sensitive financial conversations with patients
• Discuss payment options and payment plans for out-of-pocket procedures
• Facilitate credit checks
• Ensure patient comfort and trust when requesting financial information
• Schedule qualified patients for dental consultations in Open Dental
• Manage appointment calendar coordination with local staff
• Confirm consultation details with patients
