Role Description

Responsible for serving the Penn State Health patient community to ensure they achieve a successful telehealth appointment and positive patient experience. Register, schedule, triage, educate and support patient and provider appointment flow.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year relevant experience
• Requires completion of MOA Academy upon hire and prior to starting work

Requirements

• Preferred six (6) months experience in a call center, customer service or medical office/MOA role.
• Preferred three to six (3-6) months experience in a telehealth call center.
