[Hiring] Patient Access Service Representative Senior Rehabilitation @Froedtert

Role Description

Acts as a subject matter expert in servicing Froedtert Theda Care Health Rehabilitation Services patients’ needs, including:

• Registration
• Scheduling
• Other patient access requests

Ensures an exceptional experience and provides first contact resolution. Tasks are completed for multiple rehabilitation departments and therapy specialties across the Froedtert Theda Care/South Region. This position will use detailed protocols and enterprise scheduling tools to aid patients in scheduling with the right rehabilitation provider at the right time and location. Customer-focused and friendly communication skills will provide an exceptional experience and set the stage for patient preference and loyalty to Froedtert Theda Care Health.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service position is required.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center environment is required.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a customer service position is preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.

Requirements

• Expert oral and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to multi-task.
• Proven ability to mentor other co-workers on job tasks and workflows.
• Strong proactive organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and health care appointment scheduling software such as Epic.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred.
