Role Description

Saint Alphonsus Health System is hiring for our Revenue Management team to support our Idaho and Oregon patients. This position will be fully remote; work hours are based on Mountain Standard Time.

This is a phone-based position, providing patient-focused customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of hospital registration or insurance verification experience required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, diagnostic coding & procedural coding required.

Requirements

• Prior authorization experience in surgeries or radiology.
• Experience with Idaho/Oregon insurance verification.
• Experience with EPIC software.

Benefits

• Position is scheduled to work 40 hours per week.
• Monday – Friday 8am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5pm.
• Position is remote (work from home).
• Benefits are in place your first day of work.
• Daily Pay available.
