[Hiring] Participant Services Representative @Accrue Select

Role Description

We are currently seeking a Participant Services Representative in our Benefit Department. This role will handle all inquiries from participants, or from organizations making inquiries on behalf of participants, including phone calls, email, written requests, facsimile, walk-in, or via our website on all Funds related matters.

• Process participant calls and take care of necessary follow-up
• Handle all carrier issues
• Handle all participant inquiries (Health & Welfare, Pension, Annuity, Website)
• Generate participant work history reports
• Additional duties and tasks as may be assigned by management personnel

Qualifications

• High School education or some College preferred
• Minimum of two years of experience in customer service preferred
• Experience working with and knowledge of Health and Welfare Benefits
• Excellent communication and written skills
• Good computer skills
