We are hiring Temporary Part-Time Member Services Specialists for our Evo Call Centre team! This is a fully remote work from home opportunity with a contract ending September 30, 2027.

As a Member Services Specialist, you'll play an important role in creating positive member experiences by:

• Solving problems
• Answering questions
• Helping members navigate everything from account issues and bookings to claims-related support

This is more than a traditional customer service role. You'll work across multiple areas of the business, collaborate with teams throughout Evo, and help keep our members moving.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, member support, contact centres, or similar service-focused environments
• A passion for delivering exceptional service and building positive relationships
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience handling complex customer situations with professionalism and sound judgment
• Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly
• Experience using CRM systems and other customer support tools
• A typing speed of at least 40 WPM
• Knowledge of the Greater Vancouver area is considered an asset
• Flexibility to support a business that operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Requirements

• Support members across phone, email, chat, and other communication channels
• Help resolve member questions, concerns, and account-related issues with care and efficiency
• Take ownership of escalated situations and work toward positive outcomes for both members and the business
• Support day-to-day operational activities including billing, registrations, reimbursements, open rentals, reporting, and account maintenance
• Assist with claims-related processes, including reviewing incident information, communicating with members, and supporting administrative follow-up
• Partner with internal teams including Fleet, Claims, Operations, and Member Experience to resolve issues and improve service delivery
• Support vendors and external partners when needed
• Contribute ideas and feedback that improve processes and enhance the member experience
• Assist with special projects, campaigns, and initiatives that support Evo's growth and success
• Help ensure every member interaction reflects the Evo brand and experience

• The hourly rate range for this position is $24.82 to $31.03
