Role Description

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Part-Time Cold Caller/Interviewer to support our candidate screening process, with cold calling responsibilities during downtime between interviews. This is an independent contractor position, ideal for someone with strong communication skills, customer service experience, and confidence speaking with people over the phone. There is room to grow within the company for the right person.

• Conduct candidate interviews using a provided script
• Handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
• Fill any downtime with outbound cold calls to US-based prospects

Qualifications

• Professional and friendly phone presence
• Strong interviewing, conversational, and rapport-building skills
• Trustworthy and comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information
• Consistent attendance and reliability
• Goal-oriented and comfortable handling objections
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Requirements

• Previous Customer Service (CS), call center, or interviewing experience preferred
• Excellent English communication and listening skills
• Confident speaking with US-based candidates and clients over the phone
• Strong interpersonal and interviewing skills
• Able to maintain confidentiality and handle NDAs appropriately
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
