[Hiring] Overnight Customer Service Consultant @Nationwide

Role Description

At Nationwide our Overnight Inbound Customer Service Advisors work hard taking calls to support our customers out of standard business hours, providing expert guidance and support around lost and stolen cards and disputed payments, 7 days a week, 8pm-8am.

This role is entirely remote with no requirement to be on site.

You will be working on a 2-week rotation of the following shift pattern:

• Week 1- Thurs-Sun, 7pm-6am (40 hrs)
• Week 2 – Wed-Fri, 7pm-6am (30 hrs)

You will also be required to work bank holidays.

The working hours (per week) for this role can be between 25 and 35 hours.
