[Hiring] Outbound Customer Service Representative @RTR Financial Services

Role Description

The Outbound Dialer Representative is responsible for validating phone numbers and accurately recording results. This is a structured, dialer-based position with no customer interaction—you will not engage in live conversations.

Key Responsibilities

• Place outbound calls using phone numbers provided through internal systems (e.g., LexisNexis)
• Determine whether phone numbers are valid, invalid, or unknown
• Leave a standard voicemail message when required
• Accurately document all call outcomes in the system
• Meet productivity and accuracy expectations

Schedule & Hours

• Part-time: 24 hours per week
• Work schedules are assigned based on business needs within the following timeframes:
• Weekdays: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST) or 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (EST)
• One required weekday evening shift: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM (EST)
• Mandatory Saturday shift: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (EST)
• Final schedule is determined after training

Requirements

• This is a remote position
• Must provide your own computer or laptop with:
• Working camera and microphone
• Headset
• Reliable internet connection
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
• Dependable and punctual with consistent attendance
• Ability to adhere to company policies and Employee Handbook

Work Expectations

• Structured, performance-based environment
• Personal cellphone use is limited to scheduled breaks (two 15-minute breaks and a meal period)

Compensation & Training

• $12.00 per hour
• Paid training
