As a member of the Orderline team, you will:

• Be the welcoming friendly voice of QVC
• Provide world-class customer service
• Handle inbound customer calls
• Efficiently and accurately process customer orders
• Promote engaging products to improve customer loyalty
• Work towards achievable individual performance targets

You will be provided with a supportive onboarding experience, including:

• Two weeks of training scheduled Tuesday - Saturday 17:00 - 23:00
• 30 hours of training that will take place onsite

Qualifications

• The desire to deliver a first-class customer service experience
• Experience using a computer is necessary
• Fantastic communication skills

Requirements

• On Call Evenings Monday - Sunday: 16:00-02:00, with 2 weeks notice of shift
