[Hiring] Order Entry Specialist @Storage Protectors

Role Description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-driven Order Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Accurately entering and processing customer orders into the order management system
• Reviewing incoming orders for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies
• Confirming product availability and pricing before processing orders
• Communicating with customers, sales representatives, and other departments to verify or clarify order information
• Tracking and updating order status and providing timely updates to relevant stakeholders
• Coordinating with shipping, inventory, and billing teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Maintaining detailed and organized records of order data and customer interactions
• Resolving order-related issues or escalating them to the appropriate team when needed
• Assisting in generating order reports, invoices, and documentation as required
• Following company guidelines for data accuracy, customer service, and confidentiality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree is a plus)
• Previous experience in order entry, data entry, customer service, or administrative support preferred
• Strong typing skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and experience with ERP or order management systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
