We are hiring an entry-level Online Chat Support Agent to assist customers of UK-based businesses via live chat and messaging platforms. No prior experience is required — we provide comprehensive training on products, systems, and customer service best practices. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries promptly via live chat and messaging tools
• Resolve product and service questions with professionalism and empathy
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
• Meet response time and quality targets set by the client

Qualifications

• Matric certificate or equivalent qualification
• Excellent written English communication skills
• Ability to type quickly and accurately
• A patient, helpful, and professional attitude
• No prior customer service experience required — full training provided
