Role Description

We're looking for online advisors to join our advisory service supporting visitors on our clients' websites.

• You'll be chatting live with visitors browsing an automotive website.
• Guiding them through the site.
• Answering any questions they may have.
• Qualifying and directing them according to their project.

The position can be based remotely or at our offices in Le Mans (72), France.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or advisory roles.
• Strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with automotive topics is a plus.
