[Hiring] Onboarding Specialist @ezCater

Role Description

Our Onboarding Specialists make up the team responsible for creating the first impression for our restaurant partners. They evaluate restaurants seeking to join our platform and bring their account parameters to life using a mixture of technology, transcription, and human connection.

The onboarding process involves:

• Upholding onboarding requirements and qualifying inbound restaurants.
• Processing restaurant additions through our Guided Onboarding tool and direct communication.
• Building out restaurant profiles in our homegrown system.
• Reviewing account automation tools and communicating cross-functionally.
• Working within project management frameworks for larger onboarding rollouts.

Onboarding Specialists are experts in account setup for restaurant partners, from small independents to large chains.

What You'll Do:

• Synthesize Information: Onboard new and existing catering partners using our partner-facing Guided Onboarding tool.
• Prioritize: Manage multiple work streams and competing stakeholder priorities.
• Uphold: Explain and uphold onboarding requirements.
• Communicate: Work directly with restaurant partners to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Collaborate: Provide solution-oriented feedback to improve processes and tools.
• Make an Impact: Contribute to company goals and the success of restaurant partners.
• Identify, test, and support process improvements in team tools.
• Get Scrappy: Test and implement new processes while being solution-oriented.

Requirements

• National total target cash compensation range: $50,872 - $60,848 annually.
• Final offer amounts determined by multiple factors, including experience and region.
